Desegregator

The Rhino Hyde urethane-lined Desegregator tackles one of the most inherent stockpiling problems, material segregation, by creating a uniform aggregate product as it comes off the conveyor belt. This is essential to meet stringent specifications for the production of high-quality asphalt or concrete.

Segregation is caused by the vibration and motion of the belt,
allowing fine particles to settle on the bottom with more oversized products on the upper layer.
