Rhino Bolts

Designed for use with Rhino Hyde urethane lining systems, urethane-capped Rhino Bolts are available in three profiles. Where steel bolts generally wear out before liners, Rhino Bolts live longer, helping extend the life of the liner. When counter-sunk into sheets, Rhino Bolts lie even with the surface preventing turbulence in material flow. This tapered head design seals the counterbore hole so corrosive liquids can’t eat away at the bolt head and threads. Also, Rhino Bolt won’t spin in place when tightening from the back of the chute.

Rhino Bore is a counterbore tool specially designed for the easy installation of Rhino Bolts. The universal Rhino Bore tool enables the installer to make a ⅜" diameter drill-through hole and a 1½" diameter counterbore hole. The depth of the counterbore is adjustable.

Available bolt lengths for ⅜ " and ¼" diameter bolts: 1", 1¼", 1½", 1¾", 2", 2½", 3"
